A Private Moment
On July 27th, 2019, my son married the love of his life.
As the father of the groom, I wasn’t asked to shoot their wedding photo’s yet I knew how I wanted to remember this special day and so I took it upon myself to document their special day as if I was the official wedding photographer.
Understanding the nuanced moments as they unfolded, I saw this and knew I needed to retreat back and let my son and his bride to be have a special moment together just after she revealed her wedding dress to him for the first time.
It’s my responsibility in these shooting situations to be the fly on the wall and let each moment unfold and my job is to capture each of those moments as they unfold before me.
